We have a few selections of venues in Prawle, I help run A Pizza Me and bar, We also have a local Pub and local cafe, Gara Rock on the way to Village Farm and Portwaterhouse.

Dining

We have plenty of local camp sites, some with sea views and some that are a bit more sheltered. NO camping on the village green, this is the only local parking for visitors.

Camping

Always best to be prepared and shop local on your way in, if caught short, Ashby's is the petrol / spare shop, about 25 minutes out of the village. We do have a village shop too.

Shopping

East Prawle hold many events throughout the year. The Fair, Quiz & Race Nights and the Bands that perform in the local Pub.

Whats On

We have plenty of holiday lets in the village that are available all year round, nice and quiet in the winter months. The map also shows many more.

Rentals/BnB

The South West Coast Path runs alongside the village. We also have a few other options listed, so click to find out more.

Walkers

Places to go and visit that aren't to far away. Sometimes when its wet and windy, you just have to get in the car and find something to do.

Whats Local

We are blessed with some great beaches that are a walk from East Prawle, just ensure you plan your trip.

Beaches

When you enter your final destination in to the sat nav, what it doesn't tell you is how tight the roads are, so be sure to take note of any passing areas as you drive past them as you may find you'll be needing it. Locals are easy to recognise in the lanes, some drive tractors and others are able to to reverse !!

Local Traffic at times can be frustrating, especially when you are so close to your destination. Please have patience, everything happens in slow time down here, no body is in a real rush, were on holidays.

When You Leave

So once you have had your fun in and about our lovely part of the country, please consider our farmers stock, drive with caution at all times, animals are moving up and down the road all the time and we don't want to cause them harm.

The farmers all have large bins on their campsite, please ensure you take your waste with you or leave it in their bins.
If you are coming out of a holiday home, you should be leaving it there.
